Paul, is more than just a competent or capable designer, he is an artist, his designs are multilingual and nothing short of superb. Working with both Macromedia and Adobe products in tune with his skills as an artist and his understanding of how web sites work, he has an uncanny ability to design and build web sites that not only look great but also load quickly, which is extremely important as more than 70% of web users today still use dial up.
